I was traveling to a training and we stopped here to eat. The food was great and the service was too!!! A week later when I went back to work, I noticed that my receipt was missing. I phoned them and they sent it to me via text, within a few minutes. They should get A for excellent service!!!!!

Tolerable.. but it's one of the only places in town to eat besides the mediocre store up the road or at home.. They've been open for a very long time.. used to work here, but wouldn't ever again if you paid me a billion dollars.. a certain coworker kept stealing my tips and blaming incidents on me, so I'm glad I don't work there or live I the area anymore... Dave and Jim are Excellent cooks, if you order food here, I hope they are working, because some of the other cooks could use some well spent time learning more about how to cook or bake.. Most of the waitresses are very friendly to their customers, and a majority of them share a percentage of their tips with the staff in the back.. if you enjoy your food here I would suggest tipping the cook personally, and the dishwasher is usually underpaid and overworked, so they would more than likely appreciate anything (: enjoy your food, and have a grand and exhilarating adventure on Prince of Wales Island!!!(;

Terrible service! Was excited to eat here, however, freaking lost our meal ticket, did not offer anything to us for a discount or free and we were waiting over an hour before they freaking came to us to say anything!! Waited another 45 minutes for a meal that SUCKED!! Fish and chips BURNED! Would not recommend this to anyone!! One thing to be apologetic and offer something but in the end paid over $24 for a 2 hour wait for burned food! Stay away from this place!

The people that work there are friendly,courtous and try to make your meal enjoyable.. The cooks are great.. They pay attention to the customers orders and if there uncertain about there order they don't hesitate to ask.. It's a cute little place.. They try to make your dining experience enjoyable. Also yes you might have to wait a bit for your meal, but that is due to the amount of orders, dining in or to go orders. But they do their best to get your food to you and make it tastey and also make sure it's up to your expectation. But my dining experience yeah I had to wait 30 mins for my food but it was delicious and Worth The wait.

I love this place. Great burgers and pies. I always order avocado on my burger. Avocado's always been ripe and they give generous portions. Wait staff have always been friendly. Also they run the cafeteria on the IFA so their rewards plan works on the ferry too.

Well, it's the only game in town. The food is good. The service is slow, but tolerable. Don't be in a hurry. Burgers are big. Soups are OK, but not great. The daily specials are good. Give it a go. Where else are you going to eat in Craig?

This place is awesome!! My favorite is the anchor burger and you have to have the peanut butter creme pie with butterfinger sprinkles!!! Enjoy the best place in Craig!!!!

Great service and reasonable prices (especially for the location). Had a burger the last time I was here and it was great. Love the fries! Had the Philly this time and was a little disappointed with the amount of meat, but not so much that I would lower the rating.
